High-end luxury brands now in St Julian’s

Dizz Group hosted the grand opening of its latest luxury boutique, TheCorner.com, in St Julian’s on 18 November.

Diane Izzo, Chairperson and Executive Director of the Dizz Group, and Vittorio Chalon, Chief Executive Officer of TheCorner.com, cut the ribbon to mark the opening of the 400 m2 boutique, spread on three floors, just opposite Portomaso.

TheCorner.com is a unique combination of physical stores – there is a network of stores already open in three countries across Europe – but also online shopping, bringing designer fashion that is constantly updated and ever changing.

“For us, the customer is the centre line and our services revolve around ensuring their ultimate satisfaction,” Mr Chalon affirmed. In this digital age, TheCorner.com is building on its market research that shows that while clients spend no more than three minutes in an online store, they are prepared to dedicate at least half an hour to browsing through a physical store.

“Customers visit our stores because they want to feel good about themselves, celebrate their achievements and to seek gratification from what they own,” Mr Chalon pointed out. “The best stores in the world are not those that have the biggest selection.

“They are the stores that have the right selection and they are the stores that the consumer visits because they say, ‘the salesperson knows me and knows my tastes’.”

A shopping experience at TheCorner.com is geared at offering to take clients beyond their comfort zone.
