Transport Malta responds to allegations of the berthing of boats with the AUM quay
Transport Malta unequivocally clarifies that none of its officials has jurisdiction on the management of berthing of boats with the AUM pier in Bormla. Transport Malta asserts that the procedure for berthing in Zone B is beyond the Authority’s purview, and no individual is authorised to manage vessel berthing.
Furthermore, Transport Malta categorically denies collecting fees for vessel berthing in Zone B, as it falls under the management of AUM.
