The future is now… RFID Conference

A national RFID conference, organised by HandsOn Systems, titled The future is now…, is being held on 19 April, 2017, from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Floriana.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology has a multitude of applications across practically all business sectors, so the conference will enable participants to learn all about this cutting-edge technology and see for themselves some of its practical applications, including live demonstrations.
Some of the world’s top manufactures will also be present exhibiting a range of products, while high-level speakers will ensure all aspects of the technology are covered.
Dr Emmanuel Mallia, Minister for Competitiveness and Digital, Maritime and Services Economy, is the keynote speaker. Other speakers are HandsOn Systems CEO Geoffrey Farrugia, who will be leading live demonstrations of the technology, Guido Kuhrmann, Sales Director, HID Identification Technologies, on RFID in Industry, and Stephen Crocker, Director, Sales/Channels EMEA and India, Alien® Technology LLC, on RFID Applications. There will also be a Q&A session and video presentations.
Among those who will benefit from attending this conference are those in a number of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transport and aviation, supply chain and logistics, retail and apparel handling, and document management.
