PAM says ‘Let’s Talk about Psoriasis’

PAM, alias PSORIASIS ASSOCIATION MALTA, is back in action after a seven-year-long interlude. A new steering committee is up and running and plannning to place a focus on this problematic skin condition which remains ever present for many people or varying ages.

PAM is organising a first public event and talk this month, entitled “Current Treatment of Psoriasis – Somethings old, Somethings new”. The event will see the participation of two key speakers in the field of dermatology. Professor Joseph Pace, Honorary President PAM, who shall be discussing ‘External and Oral Treatments’. Dr Daniel Micallef from the Dermatology Department of Sir Paul Boffa Hospital shall discuss ‘The Biologics’.
The general public is being invited to attend against a free entrance. Refreshments will be served after the talk to be held on Friday 28th April, 6pm at The Palace Hotel in Sliema.
PAM’s event is being held thanks to the support of the Maltese Association of Dermatology & Venereology, the Department of Dermatology at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, Novartis, and Metropolis Pharma Ltd. Interested persons are invited to confirm their attendance via email on psoriasismalta@gmail.com
