“Sticking to an exercise programme is crucial to one’s health and wellbeing.  For those who find exercising on one’s own a daunting task, group exercise classes are the best option. There, while enjoying oneself, one tend to forget that she or he are actually exercising and doing a lot of good to themselves. The benefits come as a nice surprise or even a bonus,” she added.
