A 100-strong group of employees from Nectar got together and benefitted from a series of amusing exercises and challenging games at Paradise Bay – a different half-day from their usual work. Themed on superheroes, the group that came from various departments ranging from managers and administrators to warehouse and technical personnel, sales and delivery employees, used their talents, creativity and skills to show their heroic acts. The event helped employees to get to know each other better and demonstrated that every person, whether individually or as a team, is equally important for the success of the company.
Nectar’s Managing Director Roderick Abela, said that during the event, it was really all for one and one for all. “Every employee is considered as a superhero in our company. Nectar has built its business through empowerment and effective teamwork. Apart from treating ourselves to a fun day out, this team building event has helped us maintain the momentum towards achieving even better results together.”
