The Westin Dragonara Resort congratulated Mariola Matyszkiewicz, currently Training and Operational Innovation Manager at the Hotel, for having been awarded the MTA Hotel Worker of the Year. Such award is aimed at exemplary workers within the hotel sector who excel both in the way they perform their duties and their general attitude towards work.

As she accepted the award, Mariola spoke about the importance of passion and working within great teams. She also spoke highly about the Maltese people, who have been very welcoming.

Michael Kamsky, General Manager of The Westin Dragonara Resort commended Mariola’s passion and commitment. In addressing the team, he affirmed that “for the third year running, a Westin associate was awarded such a title and this in itself is an immense achievement for the Resort.”
