Classical concert at Mediterranean Conference Centre
On the 29th of January the Mediterranean Conference Centre in collaboration with the European Foundation for Support of Culture will be presenting a unique concert featuring internationally acclaimed virtuoso violinist Karen Shakhgaldyan and the Maltese pianist and conductor Alexei Galea Cavallazzi. The programme presented shall consist of some of the most popular and masterly violin repertoire pieces by Wieniawsky, Kreisler, Sarasate and Tchaikovsky. The programme also includes Mozart and Scarlatti sonatas.
The MCC encourages and promotes cultural activities in Malta inviting some world class orchestras and performers and is working with the European Foundation for Support of Culture on a number of projects.
