Student Tallinja Card offered for free
Application Fee Waived for Full-Time Students
On the occasion of the beginning of the new scholastic year, Malta Public Transport is announcing a special promotion catering to full-time students. This time-limited offer enables students to apply for a Student Tallinja Card without incurring the usual €15 application fee.
The promotional period is set to run from September 18th to November 30th, 2023, and is open to all full-time students enrolled in courses in Malta or Gozo. To avail themselves, students need to submit their applications via the Malta Public Transport website during the promotion period. It’s important to note that while the application fee is waived, there is a nominal €2.87 postage fee that students must cover. Students aged 16 and over are required to provide proof of student status.
Through the Student Tallinja Card students can also enjoy discounted rates on various other mobility services, including direct routes, on-demand services, Valletta Ferry Services, and Tallinja Bike rentals.
