Josanne Cassar | Melita adds €30,000 top up to customers’ Christmas donations

Melita has donated €1 for every person who made a donation to L-istrina 2018 using a Melita mobile or telephone connection. As a result, €20,000 has been presented to the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation. A further €10,000 has also been donated to Dar tal-Providenza. Both donations also included additional funds collected by Melita employees.

Mireille Muscat, Head of Marketing at Melita, said, “L-istrina is an event which brings the whole of Malta together to help those in need. Melita customers, every year, play a big part in this national team effort and we feel it’s important not only to recognise their contribution but also join forces with them in supporting the causes they hold most dear.”
