Hilton Malta Raises €9,200 for the Inspire Foundation

This year Hilton Malta combined its annual management team-building activity with corporate social responsibility when it raised a total of €9,200 and donated the money to Inspire. The money will now go towards helping one of Malta’s leading NGOs provide assistance to a large number of children and adults with learning and physical disabilities.

Priding itself for its cohesive workforce, Hilton Malta regularly organises a number of exercises and activities so its team members can have the opportunity to have fun together while collaborating on creative projects. This serves to form an even stronger bond between them which in turn leads to a closer-knit team dedicated towards providing sterling service to the Hilton’s esteemed clientele.

This year’s management team-building exercise was organised by Jugs Malta and took the form of popular reality TV show ‘The Apprentice’. After being divided into teams, the participants had just 36 hours to conceptualise an innovative product, design it, produce it and market it, before taking to the streets and selling it. Although the exercise was for fun, the sheer creativity of the Hilton Malta’s management team ensured that by the end of it, they had managed to raise an impressive sum.

No stranger to philanthropic endeavours, the Hilton Malta is proud that it’s in a position to give back to society and even more-so at the fact that the ingenuity of its valued employees has once again played such a strong part in making a difference.
