Collective Art Exhibition
The collective exhibition Taht il-Mija will be held at the Malta Society of Arts, Palazzo de la Salle, 219, Republic Street, Valletta between 3 – 16 May 2013. This will be the third exhibition in this series of unique collectives.
The aim is to invite both aspiring and budding artists as well as established names to exhibit their works, inviting them to produce art which is priced to sell in a range of Euros 9 – Euros 99. The idea is to entice newcomers to exhibit their works and to challenge established artists to create something artistic with little monetary output. The other aim is to attract a market that allows people who do not belong to the standard elite art exhibition visiting group, and who would not normally be able to afford an artistic product, to visit this exhibition and actually afford to buy art.
