Throughout this weekend Saturday 3 December and Sunday 4 December, Le Méridien St Julian’s & Spa is selling portions of their sumptuous giant Christmas cake.

All visitors are welcome to join in for a sweet treat: for only €2, one can enjoy a great bite of the cake, together with a nice cup of coffee. All profit made throughout the weekend will also be forwarded to the Malta Community Chest Fund for L-Istrina. One more excellent reason to visit Le Méridien this weekend and to immerse yourself into the magical Fairy Tale world created purposely for this Christmas period.

Last night, Le Meridien opened their magical Christmas atmosphere by recreating the fairytale Cinderella. Members of the press and other guests were treated to a reception during which there was a presentation of Cinderella’s glass slipper, a stunning unique collection piece with the compliments of Valletta Glass which was placed on top of Le Méridien Giant’s Christmas Cake. Two dancers dressed as Cinderella and her Prince performed a waltz which was then followed by an auction of the slipper conducted by Edward Mercieca.

The proceeds of the auction will also go to L-Istrina.
