Following the offer for sale and subscription of a total of 12,769,229 shares that was fully subscribed, the Main Street Complex p.l.c. board of directors attended the official bell ringing event at the Malta Stock Exchange to formally commemorate its first day of trading. Following an introduction by Malta Stock Exchange CEO, Mr Simon Zammit, the chairman of Main Street Complex p.l.c.  Mr Joseph A. Gasan described Main Street Complex as a success story that resulted from a collaboration between the Gauci and the Gasan families, more than 10 years ago.
