During these trying times, the Company continues its contribution towards  the Puttinu Cares Foundation who offer an all-inclusive approach of care to families affected by cancer. 

Lidl Malta, the country’s leading supermarket with eight outlets spread across the Maltese islands, donated the sum of €15.000 to the Puttinu Cares Foundation. The Company has been supporting this foundation for over eight years, both by acting as the main sponsor of the annual Puttinu Cares Football & Volleyball Marathon, as well as through a number of smaller donations throughout the year. Despite the fact that this much anticipated charity event could not take place this year, Lidl Malta, who has this cause at heart, decided to help the Foundation through this financial contribution.

It has been a truly difficult year and these children as well as their families have been affected greatly.
