Valletta by ferry by night
The night ferry service linking Valletta to the Three Cities and Sliema has just come into operation with the last boat leaving the capital city to both destinations at midnight.
The new timetable came into operation on June 1 with six extra trips between Valletta and Sliema, and five between Valletta and the Three Cities.
Marsamxetto Steam Ferry Services general manager Joe Sant Fournier said the night service was popular with tourists seeking to visit the capital city at night, as well as Maltese who wanted to dine in Valletta without the headache of parking.
The night service will remain in operation until October 31.
