Change in location for the provision of services related to CVA

Transport Malta would like to notify the general public that as from 1^st July 2021, all CVA-related services, including the processing of CVA Exemptions currently being provided from the offices of the Valletta Local Council, shall be centralised at CVA Technology Co. Ltd.’s office located at 83, Triq Xatt L-Għassara tal-Għeneb, Marsa.

Such CVA-related services cover the following:

Customer Care Call Centre to cater for general CVA-related inquiries;
Cashier services to assist the public with settlement of CVA bills;
Assisting clients with the processing of CVA contestations; and
Assisting clients with the processing of the various CVA Exemptions in accordance with the Vehicle Access Zones (Control) Regulations (S.L 65.31).
