
be.HOTEL receives its first guests
The new be.HOTEL in the Bay Street Tourist Complex, located in St Julian’s, Malta’s premier leisure destination, has now started to receive its first guests and, sporting its new designer-led concepts, is already being well reviewed on TripAdvisor.
Forming part of the Preferred Hotel Group, with its portfolio of more than 650 independent hotels and resorts in over 85 countries, and thanks to its highly motivated team, be.HOTEL is all set to break outstanding records for 2015.
The General Manager of be.HOTEL, Miss Josefa Grima, said in a statement: “As the General Manager, I am fortunate to have all my staff motivated and adamant on providing our guests with the best possible lodging experience – they all know that it is our guest who pays our salary and provides the return on investment to the shareholder.”
Miss Grima went on to explain that, through the affiliation with Preferred Hotel Group, and thanks to staff training and motivation, and management being constantly close to the guest, be.HOTEL is setting a standard for itself by providing the best possible stay for its guests.
“Our gauge is the guest questionnaires and the TripAdvisor reviews – we intend to stay in top position,” the General Manager added. Guest reviews on TripAdvisor showed positive comments on the décor, comfort and staff friendliness.
Following the test stays by selected people, who were handpicked to act as guests, the hotel conducted a quality circle over breakfast to learn first hand from a guest’s perspective what was liked and where there was room for improvement.
