A song for Gużi
Throughout her journey on the X Factor, she was pregnant, giving birth just a week before the first live show. A significant moment of closure came when she released her latest single, ‘Għanja lil Ġużi ‘, on the X Factor Final stage.
Amber rose to prominence representing Malta in the 2015 Eurovision with ‘Warrior’ and has continued to grow her artistry and release her original music ever since.
In addition to her role on the X Factor Season 4 judging panel, 2023 proved to be a bustling year for Amber. From co-hosting the MESC alongside Glen Vella to performing the official song for the Games of the Small States of Europe with Aidan—penned by herself and co-composed with Elton Zarb—alongside multiple other performances across the island, Amber’s schedule was packed and there’s no sign of her slowing down anytime soon.
‘Għanja lil Ġużi ‘ marks her first release of the year, with Amber stating, “This song is for all parents or parental figures. No matter what, we’re always there for our children.”
