KDM Group is announcing the appointment of Ing. Edward Chetcuti as its Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), placing him at the helm of a diversified portfolio of companies operating across several of Malta’s most critical sectors.

Effective immediately, Ing. Chetcuti will oversee the Group’s interests in three principal business verticals: the G4S Malta Security Services, including private guarding, aviation security, cash-in-transit, cash management services and electronic security systems; the Airport Ground Handling Services, comprising Aviaserve and Aviaworks, and the Ct Mobility Services, encompassing Ct Park, Ct Charge EV charging, and CtMove (whizascoot) services.

Edward joined KDM Group following a distinguished tenure as CEO of one of Malta’s most successful environmental ventures, where he played a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of nationwide operational frameworks. His prior experiences include leadership roles as CEO of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry, and as International Director of Operations at De La Rue plc, managing operations across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
