Transport Malta replies to RHIBS issue
With reference to the various articles relating to the Transport Malta Maritime Enforcement Unit RHIBS, the Authority wishes to clarify that a formal dispute has already been registered with the supplier and that, above all, to date, no payments have been made.
The Authority is currently evaluating its options with its legal advisors.
This issue is under review by the National Audit Office in collaboration with the Authority.
