All members of Debono Group team recently enjoyed a well deserved break from their everyday work routine, as they were hosted to an Activities Day at the Mosta Scouts Campsite on 12 June. This special event not only demonstrated Debono Group’s unwavering commitment to employee well-being but also served as a befitting recognition and reward for their invaluable contributions

The day full of fun activities, food, and good company was part of Debono Group’s commitment and unceasing efforts to create a positive work environment that celebrates its employees and promotes a vibrant and thriving workplace culture. It is the Group’s belief that the sense of enjoyment, togetherness, and enthusiasm extends beyond the fun day itself, positively impacting employee morale, teamwork, and overall job satisfaction.

The atmosphere at the Activities Day was nothing short of electrifying, starting with a delightful breakfast to energize the participants. The employees, split into teams, proceded to take part in a series of knight-themed games for which points were awarded in a spirit of friendly competition. These included the traditional Maltese game of bocci, archery, bridge-building and horseshoe pitching. The team participants also tapped into their creative side as each team designed its own shield, which was then presented to three judges in the presence of all the other teams. Once the winning team was announced, the event was wrapped up with a delightful lunch, providing the perfect finale to an exhilarating event.

The highly anticipated fun day was undoubtedly enjoyed by all and left a lasting impact on everyone who took part.
