JCI Malta is back with new Leaders of Tomorrow sessions

JCI Malta is excited to announce the launch of this year’s Leaders of Tomorrow sessions, aimed at empowering the next generation of leaders in Malta.
Leaders of Tomorrow will serve as a vibrant platform for youth to participate in profound discussions, gain valuable insights from seasoned leaders, and obtain the skills needed to deal with day-to-day challenges and to create positive change within their communities and beyond.
Through six interactive workshops, participants will have the chance to enhance their leadership capabilities, learn about professional coping mechanisms, and exchange ideas with like-minded peers passionate about driving positive change.
“We are excited to have launched this year’s Leaders of Tomorrow as part of our ongoing commitment to empower young leaders and change-makers in Malta,” said Florence Vermeiren, National President of JCI Malta. “With this platform for knowledge-sharing, skill-building, and collaboration, we aim to inspire the new generation with the tools and confidence needed to create a better future for our society.”
The first session of Leaders of Tomorrow will take place 15 May at The Leadership Hub in Sliema, with five more sessions planned throughout the year. The sessions are open to anyone willing to gain control over their professional life, from young professionals and entrepreneurs, to students, and anyone passionate about leadership and community development.
The sessions are brought by UP Your Level and will be presented by UP’s CEO and head coach Julian Azzopardi as well as coach Daphne Grech Cumbo. UP Your Level Malta provides leadership coaching & mentoring, HR support services, corporate wellness services and an online training academy.
The sessions are free for JCI members and cost € 25 per session for non-members.For more information and to sign up, visit: https://jci.org.mt/leaders-of-tomorrow-2024/
