HSBC UK Contact Centre Malta (HBEU), the largest contact centre in Malta, has showcased the variety of available job roles, at the annual career fair of Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School (GCHSS). Students also had the opportunity to attend an HBEU presentation on the different careers paths open to employees both in Malta and internationally.
The HBEU Contact Centre, which is celebrating 10 years of successful operations in Malta, has opportunities available for anyone with a good command of English and basic computer literacy. The centre provides a full three-month induction training programme in handling telephone banking, on full pay, to successful candidates.
HBEU People Experience and Recruitment Manager Richard Powell said: “As the largest contact centre and the biggest higher secondary school in Malta, the partnership between HSBC UK Contact Centre and Giovanni Curmi is a natural alliance. Both of us are fully committed to developing a 21st century workforce for Malta.”
