Vodafone employees donate clothes to immigrants
The Vodafone Malta Foundation joined forces with the “GetupStandup” organisation to help improve the conditions of immigrants in Malta by collecting winter clothing for men, women and children living in detention centres in these cold winter nights.
“Christmas is a time for giving,” said Roberta Pace, Administrator at the Vodafone Malta Foundation. “Vodafone employees and their family and friends all pitched in and donated clothes for this good cause, providing warmth and cheer to the people who are not as blessed as we all are.” Volunteers from the “GetupStandup” NGO collected over 25 bags full of warm winter clothes from Vodafone House.
