GasanMamo finds a smart way to enhance employees lives

GasanMamo Insurance has just launched its Staff Voluntary Scheme, were the company will be granting one additional day of paid leave per annum to employees who participate in voluntary work activities during working hours.

“An appreciation of our people, as well as a commitment to serving our community are values deeply rooted in GasanMamo’s culture,” said Julian Mamo, Managing director at GasanMamo. “GasanMamo’s Staff Voluntary Scheme allows our employees to help people in need, giving them an experience that not only enriches them personally but also professionally, returning to work with renewed energy and spirit.”

The main aim of the GasanMamo Volunteering leave Scheme is to encourage employees to become more involved in their communities, lending voluntary support to programmes that enrich the quality of life and opportunities for all citizens. Members of staff who have been employed by GasanMamo for at least 6 months can benefit from this additional day of leave and can carry out work with a charitable or philantropic organisation that is registered as a charity or a non-profit organisation.
