Hilton Malta’s Executive Chef launches his third Recipe Book
Hilton Malta’s Executive Chef Joe Vella launched his new recipe book entitled ‘A Passion for Cooking’. The event, which took place at the Hilton, was also attended by the Honourable Ministers Dolores Cristina and George Pullicino. The book may now be purchased directly from the hotel.
Following his first two cook books, ‘Food Book’ and ‘Feast your Senses’ respectively, Joe Vella’s third publication contains over 230 recipes that enable you to create world-class gourmet masterpieces from your own kitchen. When Mr Vella had published his second book, the profits had gone towards Life Cycle. This time, the Executive Chef will also be donating the profits to charity with all proceeds going to Dar Arka
