Wednesday nights have found their place in the calendars of many local customers of Talbot & Bons, who make it a point to visit the deli-café which transforms into a wine bar in the evenings, located at SkyParks, Malta International Airport.

Talbot & Bons is hosting weekly live music shows both indoors and, weather permitting, outdoors on their large terrace, enabling patrons to chill out to a variety of upbeat and captivating music genres, including Latin, Bossanova, ethnic and pop music with a twist courtest of a host of local artists and bands.

Among the artists who have already graced the Talbot & Bons stage are Nadine Axisa, Rachel Fabri and Kevin Spiteri, Simon Vella and Mark Rapa, Conrad Briffa and Alwyn Borg Myatt, and the DumTak Band.

The main act starts at around 8.30 p.m. and goes on until late in the evening, preceded by a supporting act of new talent.

Amy Talbot, director of Talbot & Bons, said: “The Wednesday live entertainment evenings have attracted a loyal audience, with repeat customers now becoming regulars because of the relaxed yet professional approach of all our performers.

“This was a great opportunity to enable our outlet to reach out to a whole new audience and we are encouraged with the positive reaction we have received. We take this opportunity to thank the sponsors who supported us in this venture: AF Sign Studio, PURE Concepts Design, MSV life, Pro-Eng and The Gallery Hair Studio.”

The lounge area created in front of the stage has been a popular hang-out but clients also enjoy the music while having dinner, a light snack or even cocktails and wines.
