Nicholas and Philip Grech were among the very first customers of Vodafone Malta way back in 1990 and have remained loyal ever since. They were recently invited to Vodafone’s head office in Birkirkara and were welcomed by Vodafone’s Chief Commercial Officer Joseph Cuschieri who thanked them for their loyalty and commitment towards Vodafone.  Joseph Cuschieri presented them with a publication about the history of Vodafone in Malta and worldwide, as a gift. They were also presented with tickets for the Joseph Calleja concert as a thank you gesture.

Nicholas and Philip Grech are the owners of Kirton & Co Ltd, a long established ship and liner agency providing a 24/7 service to vessels calling in Malta.  The ship and super yacht agents were among the first Vodafone clients in 1990 when the Company operated under the brand name of Telecell. At the time, Telecell had even installed a repeater specifically for Kirton & Co Ltd. “We think that the service Vodafone offers is still unmatched and throughout all these years we have always experienced excellent customer service and a personal interest in our needs” said Nicholas Grech.  “At the time it was imperative for us to have a GSM service to keep up with the demands of our industry.  Since then we have never looked back.”

Since its inception Vodafone has always maintained an ongoing investment in its infrastructure in order to give customers the best service and coverage across theMalteseIslands. Vodafone has the fastest commercially available 3G speeds in Malta. “Since the very beginning our promise has always been to provide customers with quality, reliability and an efficient customer service 24/7,” said Joseph Cuschieri. Longstanding loyal customers such as Kirton & Co Ltd are testimony of our commitment to offer the best service in Malta.”
