Nectar Group grateful for positive employee feedback
Nectar Group’s efforts in the HR field have been recognized during the first edition of the Business Leaders Malta Awards. Nectar Group placed first in its category and was awarded the Overall Winner Award (15-99 employees) and won the Performance Orientation Award across all categories. The award-giving ceremony, with the participation of 26 established companies, took place during the Business Leaders Malta Annual Conference.
The Business Leaders Awards are based on a scientific research study focusing on seven domains. Feedback is collected from all employees through the BLM Survey containing a set of questions on each domain over the survey period.
Nectar Group Managing Director Mr Roderick Abela said: “Nectar Group takes pride in its participation and the successful results achieved in other HR Award Ceremonies. This time round, Nectar has given its employees the opportunity to be the judges, through the BLM Survey. In light of such positive results, Nectar Group would like to thank all its employees for their belief in the Group vision, encouraging further investment in our greatest asset – our employees.”
