The American Ambassador to Malta H.E. Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley visited HSBC Malta’s Head Offices in Valletta to meet with CEO Mark Watkinson and share her career and life experiences with HSBC’s top female managers. This was organised as part of HSBC Malta’s long standing drive to promote gender equality in the work place.

“It was inspiring and motivational to learn about the many challenges that H.E. the Ambassador faced during her prospering career,” said HSBC Malta’s Head of Diversity, Learning & Development M Louise Aguis. “She spoke to us about her experiences in the US Diplomatic Corps, including her time spent working in theMiddle East, and her experiences as a working mother. We found her to be an excellent role model.”
