Quadro restaurant at The Westin Dragonara Resort was recently awarded the prestigious ‘Recommended’ label status by the Malta Hotels & Restaurants Association.

The scheme is indented to recognize and recommend establishments that practice professional management and good standards of customer care and service. The ‘Recommended’ label is endorsed by the Malta Tourism Authority and is designed to cater for restaurants that fall within the Fine Dining or Casual Dining categories. The MHRA ‘Recommended’ label is being bestowed on participants who successfully complete an assessment on 10 areas of good management practices and services, including a mystery guest audit. The results are then further scrutinised by an independent adjudicating panel which is made up on non-operational past members of MHRA and representative from MTA, chaired by Judge Joe Galea Debono.

‘It is an honour to receive such an award – Quadro is such an excellent place to dine that it definitely merits receiving such a title.’ said General Manager Mr Michael Kamsky who together with Quadro Executive Sous Chef Jonathan Vella, Quadro Restaurant Manager Martin Cauchi and Food and Beverage director Jason Degiorgio received the award.
