The Bay Street Complex in St George’s Bay, St Julian’s, celebrates its 14^th anniversary with a jam-packed day of events for all the family on Sunday, 23 November, with the prime beneficiary being the Malta Community Chest Fund.

Bay Street, Malta’s leading shopping, dining and entertainment complex, has lined up attractions and entertainment for all ages, from little kids to teenagers, young people to couples, with all the action taking place from 12 noon until 8 p.m.

The President of the Republic, Mrs Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, will be making an appearance to preside over the fund-raising efforts throughout the afternoon and evening.

There is free entrance to the real ice-skating rink on a donation to L-Istrina 2014; a meet and greet with the cast of Caqqufa, cartoon characters and a special appearance by Father Christmas.

Among the well-known Maltese singers who will be performing on B-day are Gaia Cauchi, Federica Falzon, Kurt Calleja, Claudia Faniello, DJ Gianni, Malcolm Pisani, J Anvil and Klinsmann.

Free cake will be offered to everyone, who can also take advantage of the offer of free parking for an hour in both Bay Street’s indoor and outdoor car parks to those who shop, dine or skate during the day.

“Yet another successful year has flashed by and, in celebrating Bay Street’s 14^th anniversary, the owners and management extend their gratitude to the thousands of loyal customers who regularly visit the complex and all our retail partners,” a spokesman for Bay Street said. “This is an opportunity for us to give something back and, as in previous years, we are also raising funds for the Malta Community Chest Fund, which does so much good to those in need.”
