2019 Intake open at IFT-Malta
As the Institute of Family Therapy-Malta (IFT-Malta) prepares to celebrate its 9th year of operations, it is currently accepting applications for its September 2019 intake of aspiring systemic family psychotherapists. The Post Graduate Diploma in Systemic Family Psychotherapy is the first step towards becoming a professional Systemic Family Psychotherapist and guides new students through two years of part-time training. The course is especially suited for graduates and professionals in the humanities and social sciences who desire to develop their knowledge and skills in Systemic Family Psychotherapy as well as those who wish to subsequently pursue training at Masters level.
The Masters in Systemic Family Psychotherapy is the next step towards becoming a professional in the field. This is a two-year part-time specialist clinical training designed for professionals who already possess a post-graduate diploma in Systemic Family Psychotherapy. This level of training meets local and European requirements for warranting as a Psychotherapist.
All IFT-Malta training is accredited by the National Council for Further and Higher Education and students may benefit from government scholarship schemes and the GET Qualified Scheme.
