Argus Insurance Agencies Limited acquires Millenium Insurance Agency Limited
Argus Insurance Agencies Limited (AIAL) has acquired the business of Millennium Insurance Agency limited (Millennium), effective date 17 November 2014.
In keeping with the Argus commitment to seek further opportunities in Malta, the acquisition of Millennium enables AIAL to strengthen its existing business base while growing its portfolio with new and complementary lines of business.
