Argus Group board meets in Malta for the first time
The board of Argus Group Holdings Limited, the Bermuda based financial services business and parent of Malta based Argus Insurance Agencies Limited (AIAL), recently met in Malta for the first time. The three day meeting further signals Malta’s central role in Argus’ international business development plans and follows significant recent investments in Malta including the acquisition of Millennium Insurance Agency and Island Insurance Brokers. While in Malta, Argus also hosted a reception to give Group board members the opportunity to meet industry stakeholders, leading brokers and key corporate clients.
